Most to-do apps wait for you to remember to look. DoneHere pays attention to where you are, so the right task shows up at the right moment.
Type the task and search for where it happens—or leave the place off. Add a note, a checklist, a schedule or a reminder if you want one.
Nearest first, open places on top, closed ones dimmed with when they open. Your closest few sit on your lock screen.
Drive near something on your list and DoneHere taps you on the shoulder. Mark it done right from the notification.
A to-do list buried in an app only works if you remember to open it. DoneHere puts your nearest tasks on the lock screen in large type—the first thing you see every time you pick up your phone.
iOS takes lock screen cards down after about eight hours; opening DoneHere puts it back. You can switch the card off in Settings.
You’re two blocks from the dry cleaner and you’d never have remembered. DoneHere does.
Not everything is a one-off errand. Put a task on a schedule and DoneHere brings it back when it’s due—daily, on certain days, every other week, or monthly.

Every task can have a place. Your list re-sorts by distance as you move, and proximity nudges catch you when you’re close.
Set a place’s hours once. Closed places drop down the list with “opens 9a,” and DoneHere won’t nudge you toward a locked door.
Tell it how much time you have. It builds a run of stops that will still be open when you arrive, with arrival times for each.
Trip Mode: pick where you’re going and DoneHere finds the tasks along the way, in the order you’ll pass them.
One tap opens the whole run in Apple Maps with every stop in order—no re-entering addresses one at a time.

Share a task or checklist with friends who have DoneHere. Everyone can add and tick items, and when one of you finishes it, it’s done for all.
